Section Green

What all do you need to know besides the three forms (meteor, leopard, 5 animal) to get to green?

Techniques:
-18 Seizing Hands
#5 Carrying the basket
#7 Twisting a log on a rock
-18 Monks Boxing (18 Lohan)
#17 Twisting Hand
#13 Pull Sweep

Body Conditioning:
Twisted stance transition-wood (6x)
V-ups (8x)
8 push ups
Wrist to toes
Crane stance (2 min.)

Basics:
Standing basics
1. Wheel arm slap the ground
2. Wheel arm hammer strikes an anvil
3. Standing jumping inside kick (levels 1,2,3)
4. #4 kick *you will know this as being similar to a jump turning wheel kick at YCOA*
5. Standing Jumping Outside kick
Stepping basics
6. Step punch (var. block punch)
7. Kick punch (var. heel kick palm)
8. Punch, kick punch, arm sweep, cut, punch

and that's about it!

I don't know any of those techniques, and the only basic I don't know is Wheel arm hammer strikes an anvil.

Hmm...you should know them. You do most of them every Saturday in basics. If you don't know the names of the basics but know how to do them, then ask Coach Houwangzi or Sifu Long or I will show you next Saturday. As for the techniques, Sifu Long should teach you all of them if he hasn't already. I saw him go over with you guys some techniques on Saturday from a form. He will get to these techniques soon enough.

You know all of those Jason! Shan Zhan Zhi is right. Oh and Shan Zhan Zhi do you have the full curriculum saved on your computer? If you do can you send it to me in a message??

Sorry 00Chris. I don't. I just have the book. Ask Coach Houwangzi or Sifu Long. They oughta have it saved on their computers.

Sifu Long told me he didn't have it and that only you and Houwangzi had it so that's why I asked. Thanks anyway.
