Alex is a Pan-Am Wushu Games Competitor from the US. So he is US Wushu Team Member. He also was featured on "National Geografics Fight Science" The Long Fist he does in the beggining of the video is the "second (new) compulsary". The stance is twisted stance and not a variation kneeling. His forearm is only close to the ground for flavor... My opinion is it is a little misplaced. I would not use this section as it is one of the most recongnizable of the compulsary sections.
