JMWA trip to CMAT17!!!

JMWA 3rd Annual Trip to CMAT17
It’s that time of year again! As always, we need everyone’s support and help with Jade Moon Wushu Academy’s 3rd Annual trip to Berkeley California for the 17th Annual California Martial Arts Tournament.
This year we will be providing two ways to travel to the tournament. The details are as follows:

Option 1 (The preferred airline trip) Total cost: $450
*NOT including food, tournament fees, or misc. personal costs.
Details:
Leaving Phoenix at 4:59pm on Friday, April 10th
*Parents/students are responsible for dropping off at airport on time. (allow at least 2 hours for baggage and security)
Arriving in Oakland 6:58pm. A passenger van will pick up all students and guests and deliver them to the
Doubletree Hotel in Berkeley, CA.
Saturday, April 11th Tournament day. Competitors must be at HAAS Pavilion for sign in by 8am sharp!
The Tournament will last all day and night (last year it ended at 11pm.) We will than return to the Doubletree Hotel by Passenger van. Lunch will be provided to all by JMWA.
Leaving Oakland, Sunday, April 12th at 4:15pm
We will check out of hotel before 11am and have a team lunch before heading to airport. We plan to arrive at the airport no later than 2:15pm.
Arriving Phoenix Sunday, April 12th at 6:07pm
*Parents/students are responsible for picking up at airport on time.

Option 2 (The less preferred Van trip) Total Cost $320
*NOT including food, tournament fee, or misc. personal costs.
Details:
Leaving Phoenix by van Thursday, April 9th at 5pm.
*Parents/students are responsible for dropping off at Debbie Lawless’s house at 5pm sharp.
Arriving in Berkeley, CA by van Friday, April 10th 11am. Check into Doubletree Hotel in Berkeley CA.
Saturday, April 11th Tournament day. Competitors must be at HAAS Pavilion for sign in by 8am sharp!
The Tournament will last all day and night (last year it ended at 11pm.) We will than return to the Doubletree Hotel by Passenger van. Lunch will be provided to all by JMWA.
Sunday, April 12th will be reserved for site seeing in the California Bay Area. Sites to be seen will be
discussed later. We will then stay another night at the Doubletree Hotel.
Monday, April 13th we will check out of Hotel no later than 11am and head back to Phoenix. Our return
trip should have us arriving in Phoenix no later than 2am Tues. April 14th.

*Trip Fees are the same for spectators, students, and competitors.

 
First Deposit of half of all fees are due Saturday, February 28th.
Option1: $225.00 Option2: $160.00
Remaining balance is due Wed. March 18th.
Option1: $225.00 Option2: $160.00

*PLEASE NO changes, modifications, or special requests to option1 or option2, as that puts a great deal of stress on coaches, coordinators, chaperons, students, spectators, and competitors.
*Persons choosing option1 will be notified of full flight schedule, flight numbers, gates, and terminals.
